By accessing or using Kanzan AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Use of Service
Kanzan AI provides AI-powered WhatsApp reply automation for business owners in Pakistan.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and WhatsApp connection.
You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Meta's terms when using our integration.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Payment must be verified before plan activation.
Free plan users are subject to monthly reply limits as described on our pricing page.
Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if you are not satisfied with the service.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Kanzan AI to send spam, harassment, illegal content, or messages that violate WhatsApp policies.
Automated replies must not mislead customers about whether they are communicating with a human or AI, unless disclosed.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
Kanzan AI is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI replies.
We are not liable for lost sales, missed messages, or business damages resulting from service outages or AI errors.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
Your continued use of Kanzan AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
